Unfortunately our Physical doors remain LOCKED to Public Traffic due to current conditions, we had hoped it would have changed by now, but we want to assure you that we are still here to help!

We are not allowing you to walk-in, we prefer by APPOINTMENT ONLY. However, you can call from the parking lot and we will greet you at the door and determine what you require.

Our office will be open PART-TIME ONLY

Monday to Thursday 9 am to 1 pm

WE ARE GOING TO SEE A LIMITED NUMBER OF PATIENTS, PLEASE COOPERATE

When you arrive, our door will be locked, if you have an appointment WAIT in your vehicle until we come and get you.

We want extra time between appointments to sterilize and clean, for everyone's safety.

If you have a broken/non-functioning hearing aid or require batteries or supplies, please contact us by phone FIRST, even if you are in the parking lot. If you are here after hours our lockbox is available and we check it daily.

Because we know you will ask? The owner, Doug Henheffer, got this nickname many years ago. It is easy to figure out why.... Doug's last name is HEN HEFFER(chicken cow). It has stuck and very few people ever forget it.
